Refund Policy
ENVY IV Infusions
New Jersey Health and Wellness Spa
At ENVY IV Infusions, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services and treatments to meet the individual needs of our clients. Please carefully review our refund policy before booking any services or purchasing products.
1. No Refunds on Rendered Treatments
1.1 All treatments rendered at ENVY IV Infusions are non-refundable. Once a treatment has been completed, we cannot offer a refund, regardless of the outcome or client satisfaction.
1.2 If you are dissatisfied with the results of a service, we encourage you to contact our team to discuss alternative treatments that may better meet your needs.
2. Exchanges for Alternative Treatments
2.1 While we do not offer refunds, clients may be eligible for an exchange of equivalent value for another service if they are unable to complete a scheduled treatment due to unforeseen medical or personal reasons.
2.2 To be eligible for an exchange, clients must contact ENVY IV Infusions at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. Management's decision to provide an exchange is at its discretion.
2.3 Any exchange must be for a treatment of equal or lesser value. Clients who choose a treatment of higher value are responsible for paying the difference.
3. Final Sale on Products and Packages
3.1 All sales are final for products, treatments, and service packages purchased at ENVY IV Infusions. This includes, but is not limited to, IV infusions, weight loss programs, and aesthetic treatments.
3.2 Products purchased from ENVY IV Infusions, including skincare and wellness products, are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless the product is defective. For defective products, clients must notify us within seven days of purchase for a replacement.
4. Compliance with New Jersey Law
4.1 Our refund and exchange policy complies with New Jersey state laws regarding consumer protection.
4.2 Under New Jersey law, businesses can have a "no refund" policy if it is disclosed to consumers. By booking a service or purchasing a product, you acknowledge that you have been informed of our no-refund policy and agree to its terms.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
5.1 In rare cases of medical complications or adverse reactions to treatment, we may offer an exchange for an alternative treatment. Each situation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
